I have an image I’d like to use for some banners but I’m struggling to format it for each template, can you help?

If you are finding the technical aspects of the image formatting hard, we can offer some formatting correction. This will however delay your order process and take longer as the team will need to spend time formatting your images correctly for each template and you will need to approve proofs to ensure you are happy with the designs.

We generally recommend that you provide your artwork on the correct templates for each item but we are happy to help you work through this if necessary.

I want to use the same image for every custom graphic item that I’ve ordered, can I just upload my artwork once?

Unfortunately, due to the differing shapes and sizes of each product, we require the artwork to be uploaded in the correct format for each item that you buy.

All templates for artwork layouts can be found on each individual products page.

How do I upload image files for the custom graphic items that I have ordered?

Once you have added items to your cart and paid for them, please click on ‘My Orders‘ (under your account information).

From here, click ‘View‘ on your order and there you can upload images for each of your products.

When will my order be processed?

As soon as you have paid and uploaded any necessary image files for your custom graphics, we will begin to process your order within 2 working days.

How long will it take to deliver my items?

Due to most of the items being bespoke and custom made to spec, there can be slight fluctuations in manufacturing time. However, we aim to have most products with you within 7-9 working days for most reasonable sized orders.

I want to put together a product package that requires a little more customisation, how can I do this?

If you want to customise your order further than our online shop will allow then please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us directly and we will work with you to tailor your package to suit your needs.

My order is very large, will everything arrive together?

There is a chance that some items may come from different manufacturing warehouses and will arrive at slightly different times. However, we do our best to oversee this process and still try and ensure that items arrive quickly and promptly.
